Thai Boxing

Thai boxing class reviews and continuously develop the fundamentals of Thai Boxing: stance, movement, and proper technique. This class is encouraged for novices all the way up to competitive fighters.

Classes consist of an active warm-up, shadow boxing, technique, pad work and conditioning.

RECOMMENDED GEAR: Shorts (no longer than knee length), shirt, water

OPTIONAL GEAR: Handwraps, your own gloves, ankle supports
